Privacy Policy

auri is a local-first photo organization app. Your app data stays on your device. If you join our waitlist, we use your email only for auri updates.

Who we are

This policy applies to auri, package name com.ministack.auri, and the auri landing page. Privacy inquiries can be sent to contact@tryauri.app.

App data

We do not collect, sell, share, upload, or store your personal app data on our servers. Photos, album names, imported selections, review status, shortlist choices, and other album data stay on your device.

Photo access

auri requests photo library or media access only so you can choose images for albums inside the app. auri does not upload your photo library to our servers.

Waitlist data

If you join the waitlist, we collect the email address and platform interest you submit, plus a timestamp and page source. We use this only to send auri launch and product updates.

Sharing

We do not sell user data. We do not share app data or waitlist data with advertisers, data brokers, or third-party ad networks.

Storage

App data remains on your device until you delete it, clear app data, or uninstall the app. Waitlist submissions are stored in our Firebase project and are not publicly readable.

Your choices

You can delete local app data from your device. You can ask us to remove your waitlist email by contacting contact@tryauri.app.

Children

auri is not directed to children under 13 or the equivalent minimum age in your country. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Future features

If a future version adds optional sign-in, cloud sync, analytics, crash reporting, or another connected service, we will update this policy and app store disclosures before release.

Changes

If this privacy policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
